Ye Grande Olde Xfire Screenshotte Race
HYAH! HYAH!!
I have discovered that you can have Screenshot collections on Xfire! How awesome is that! Well, all right, some of you probably already know about that, but it's news to me (as is xfire.. eep, must keep up with the times), so that brings up this combination contest/race.
THE GOAL:
Make us say "wow, why can't I make screenshots look that awesome?"
Create a collection of 5 screenshots on Xfire, each matching one of these themes (must have one of each):
* BLOOD AND GORE
* SCENERY
* KICKING BUTTOCK
* WARDROBE CLOSEUP
* er... um.. SOMETHING SHINY
WHY??
Because I said please?
Well, fine then, because I said please, and will give a present to the best collection? ^_^
WINNER will receive a WAR CHEST!
Rules:
Yes, there have to be some.
- If you couldn't post the screens on the forums, they're out.
- Allowed Screenshot Edits: Addition of text bubbles, removal of UI components.
- Links to collection to be posted here (link example: http://www.xfire.com/screenshots/gmvalkyrie/)
- Must contain all 5 categories: entries like the above link? Disqualified!
BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!
Here's where the Race comes in: If 20 players post xfire screenshot collections in this thread for the competition before it's over, SUNDAY we'll have Turbo from 10am until 2pm PDT!
STARTS: NOW!
ENDS: 9/20/08 at 10pm PDT
Summing up:
- Make a screenshot collection on Xfire
- Post it here.
- GM's Pick will receive a War Chest!
- If we get 20 entries, we'll have 4 hours of turbo on sunday!
